“Build a bot” is not a scope. FAQ replies, outbound alerts, menus, and a Mini App have different calendars.
- Who talks: canned replies, or handoff to a human
- Outbound pushes: payments, stock, build status — keep secrets out of chat
- Mini App pages, login, and payment each count as features
- Webhook only, or an admin console too
