Individual vs organization
Individual checks identity and payment. Organization usually adds D-U-N-S and a legal contact. Pick the entity first so you do not enroll as an individual when the category needs a company.
There is no fixed SLA
Apple’s queue still controls the clock after the file is complete. Long Processing and a D-U-N-S address mismatch are common stalls. A screenshot of the current banner helps more than “urgent”.

Pick the Apple entity first
An individual enrollment does not later become an organization desk. Align the legal name, D-U-N-S address, and English certificate before you talk stock. Agreements, Tax, and Banking are three queues — login is not payout.
Do not bundle it with Play
Play personal/org and Apple individual/organization use different files. Write them as two desks in Telegram.
