Talking to several exchanges: split market, order, and account APIs

A second exchange is not “one more REST wrapper”. Clocks, order state machines, and key scopes diverge. Keep market data read-only and cacheable. Map each venue’s order states into a small internal set. Keep account balances next to the key-permission note so acceptance is testable.
