Organization identity verification asks whether the org exists and whether you control it. Before opening a second file, put three names on one table: the legal name on the license, the organization name in Play Console, and the billing name.
Fields that must match
- Legal name including the entity suffix — no homemade short names
- Registered address written the same way on every page
- An authorized contact who can receive the verification mail
