A company Apple Developer account checks D-U-N-S. A second purchase does not skip an address mismatch. The Dun & Bradstreet record, the Apple form, and the legal filing have to describe the same place.
- Read the current D&B address against the license, field by field
- Unify floor / unit lines instead of inventing a cleaner version
- Update the record, then the Apple form — not both at once
